St Joseph's Centre for the Deaf is situated on the Grosvenor Road in West Belfast and provides a wide range of excellent facilities for the deaf.

These services include welfare advice, education classes (inc. lipreading), spiritual help (Chaplain for the deaf is available), sport and recreational facilities such as darts, bowls and snooker.

For families, there is also an advice service and family nights are occassionally held, where integration with the hearing world is a reality.
