T-shirt designed by 4th year Dominican student at Fortwilliam College click to enlarge	Young Vincentians raise £1,000 for Society of St Vincent de Paul in North Belfast.   As the final days of the summer term approached, members of North Belfast area council were invited to Dominican College Fortwilliam on Tuesday 26th June 2007 to be presented with a cheque for £1,000.   The money was raised through sponsorship by several teams of girls and teachers who ran in the Belfast City Marathon on May Day.
Local SVP stalwarts Martin Salmon (Holy Family Newington) and Pat McCann (Sacred Heart Oldpark), accepted the proceeds at a short ceremony held at the college.       Presentation at Fortwilliam     Girls receiving their 'Marathon' packs Congratulations, especially to Miss Carmel Mohan, the co-ordinating teacher at Fortwilliam, for all her efforts and help for the Society this year, and to all the girls who ran and raised money which will be spent helping people in need locally.....Thank You.
