The
Cowboys and Saloon gals of QUB branch of St Vincent de Paul
held a “Wild, Wild, West” night on Tuesday 7th
February, in the Eg Bar, Belfast.
By 11pm, the upstairs of the South Belfast establishment
was reminiscent of a scene from Bonanza, with pistols and
holsters galore, not to mention the stunning feathers sported
by some of the ladies!!
The
crowd were keen to get into the spirit of the wild west,
Rosemary Black and Terence Close helped create the saloon
atmosphere on admission, whilst the rest of the SVP gang
created a credible feeling that we were somewhere between
the Last Chance Saloon and the Moulin Rouge.
